5 Apr 21: Asked Peblo for Update on Case. (Was told it could be 1 month to 3 months until I am out-the-door).
12 Apr 21: Received my ratings (100% DOD/100% VA) *TDRL* unfortunately not *PDRL* (Was told it would be TDRL due to referred conditions being MH).
12 Apr 21: Signed my 1180 agreeing with the findings/results. Did not request to appeal or request a formal board. Was informed retirement orders should come within 2 weeks.

So, In all I received the results I wanted. I am a bit disappointed due to the fact I am on the temp retirement list and not the permanent. I was told most times when people are referred for mental health conditions the results turn out to be temporary with one follow-up evaluation within at least a year. Therefore, based upon that information, I accepted the outcome as is.

Finally, My ratings were based off

DOD 100% TDRL:
PTSD, Unspecified Bipolar Disorder, Social Anxiety [100%]

VA 170% (100%) Service Connected:
*VA Diagnosed Schizoaffective Disorder, Bipolar Type* -Not a DOD referred condition. (VA updated diagnosis to reflect more streamlined and current condition). [100%]
(Entitlement to special compensation for housebound criteria being met).
Migraine headaches [30%]
Right shoulder strain (dominate) [20%]
Lumbar Strain (Low back pain) [10%]
Tinnitus [10%]
Dry Eye Syndrome [0%]
Irritable Bowel Syndrome [0%]

In regards to this "1 Apr 21: Received automated response by AFPC stating my case has been pushed forward to the IPEB." Was this just the standard mypers message that stated:
The Physical Disability Operations team is reviewing your package to ensure the documentation is current and complete. Incomplete MEB packages are returned to your base PEBLO for correction as it is vital the information is accurate and current in order for the Informal Physical Evaluation Board (IPEB) to make a determination. Once it is verified your package is complete, Physical Disability Operations will transfer your completed package into a Disability Evaluation System (DES) case file for review by the IPEB.

or did you get another one that said that your package was verified as complete and sent to DES?

28 Apr 21: Received message from APFC stating my retirement date was approved for 7 Jul 21. Also received orders today, reflecting retirement date. Terminal starts 18 May 21. Based on 31 days of leave and 20 days of permissive TDY!

I am currently awaiting DD-214, but was told that I will receive it on my retirement date. Also, because my status is TRDL, I will have my first follow-up within 6-18 months.

Best wishes,

Midnight Trainer
