My ipeb found me fit but that still took 7 weeks to hear back as you can see in the dates above and my peblo was on top of it

Thanks!!! Can you share the number you called??? My PEBLO has not been helpful at all and the Humber I called I was told they can’t give me any updates so I don’t even know where my package is.

Hey so I have a friend who's request for a formal board was approved. She submitted the request on 12NOV and was notified that it was approved on 30DEC, just shy of 7 weeks. She met with her PEBLO in the end of January to arrange travel to DC. Hang in there!

Great news just found out my FPEB request has been approved!
So on the 25th I heard from the DC office my appeal was approved for a PEB but per my peblo DC still shows it in QA!!! So the wait continues...
So update on yesterday the folks in DC actually said my file is with PEB scheduling now. My Peblo still has heard nothing though. I talked with her yesterday and she said typically once they schedule a date they will send her a letter electronically stating such and she’ll call me to come in, sign it, and work on getting a new attorney from
DC. I did already retain Mr Perry however for that purpose. Hopefully this paperwork moves along. I am excited to finally get in front of the PEB after 3 previous ipeb unfit findings! Nervous though about how it will go.

Tomorrow makes 6 weeks since my appeal was forwarded to the PEB asking for a fpeb. Fortunately I have been able to get some info from the folks answering phones in DC but my peblo is still waiting to hear back officially on the appeal request. I am trying so hard to be patient. I am glad to know I am gonna get a fpeb but now I am ready to get it scheduled already!!
Congratulations!!! One step forward. I know it is hard to get a formal board request approved once the Navy PEB deems you FIT since they are not required to grant you one. Hopefully the rest of the process keeps moving forward.

doc what are your referred conditions that you keep on getting found fit if you dont mind me asking? I find it bizarre that you are at your third PEB.

This is pretty ridiculous, what is it that makes them think you are fit when you go up to these boards is it your NMA or NARSUM or because you can be non deployable and still be at a clinic?
yes it’s the thought that I can be non deployable and serve in a clinic still and do some doctoring. This last time I had very strong letters submitted with my appeal. I believe that and a lot of prayer resulted in my appeal being approved but now I am waiting for an fpeb with no idea when they’ll be scheduling again.
