All - Reaching out for some assistance on what this looks like (desiring Unfit, Unfit yielding NMA aswell):

Prognosis is guarded for his behavioral health conditions. The SM is not likely to improve sufficiently to be returned to full duty in 12 months. These conditions are deemed stable for the next 36 months. The SM will continue to need behavioral health treatment for his conditions at a fixed MTF beyond 12 months.

Recommendations: The Medical Board recommends that case be referred to the Central Physical Evaluation Board for the above diagnoses. These conditions did not exist prior to entry into the service. This Service Member has received maximum benefit of military medical treatment.

My 2 MH conditions (PTSD since 2017 and MDD Severe) are the two on my 6100/1.

All my physical claims/referred conditions were mentioned with "member passed PFA, no duty limitations" (which if that's the gauging factor, sure).

Thanks all! Have to sign back by 4 April..

Hey there! Our cases our literally identical. I just received my NARSUM results back this morning and they said the same exact thing. Were you able to get an answer to your original post? I think this might mean that we'll get 100% P&T assuming you have other diabiltiy claims that total at or above 95% disability.
