I was referred for MEB back in November 2017. My NARSUM listed 2 conditions Anterior Decompression and Fusion for Cervical Disc Disease and Stenosis and Right Knee Osteoarthritis. My disability attorney submitted a rebuttal requesting Radiculopathy to be considered as a third condition and not combined with disc disease. I called my Peblo today to check on the status of my request and she told me my package was submitted to PEB on Feb 1st she sent me a copy of the docs rebuttal response. He agrees radiculopathy should be considered but I never received a new NARSUM with the correction. Should I have a received a new NARSUM? How long until PEB fit/unfit determination? Confused to say the least.
