Navy Reservist, New to this process

Hi all, brand new to this site and am looking for clarification on what i might be dealing with over the next few months.

I’m a current Navy Reservist with 6yrs AD and now 3yrs Active Reserve. In 2019 I was diagnosed with a couple of mental health condition by the VA, and at my next PHA, my Reserve Unit assigned me as TNPQ (temporarily not physically qualified). They considered both my mental health issues and some general physical health stuff. I went through the TNPQ process, and now almost a year later, I find out that I’m being submitted for Medical Retention Review (MRR). My questions for you all are:

1. what does this process look like start to finish?

2. as a reservist, am I eligible for the IDES or LDES process?
3. What is the potential for me to claim med retirement (pending a lot of decision points and my TIS)?

4. Should i seek legal representation now, or wait until I get my PRC back?

Any insight is greatly appreciated, as this has turned into a huge life decision point for me, my career, and my family.
