Ok, so in short, in 2004 while in Iraq I injured my back. I worked in the aid station and never did paperwork for treatment. I just recently received a sworn statement from my Provider stating he treated me for low back pain while in Theater. Fast forward a couple years; Laminectomy, diskectomy, Spinal Stenosis and DDD...pain now chronic. I Am up for PEB. Working on getting LOD completed.
I was told after LOD complete, if determined in Line of Duty, I can request to go back on Active Duty Orders? What else do I need to do/know? Any solid advice will be greatly appreciated!

Personally i feel the it is difficult to get back on active duty for treatment. The reason is because a lot of the command have not idea about the process. The link that you need is http://www.armyg1.army.mil/wtu/docs/WTUConsolidatedGuidanceAdministrative.pdf look for ADME and MRP2 orders.

Just out of curiousity what aid station were you located at in 2004?

Thanks for the response.

The Aid Station I was in was at a little crappy place called FOB Orion (or O'Ryan). It was about 5 miles away from LSA Anaconda.
