Now that the PDBR has come back with their decision is that the end there’s nothing else that can be done?
 
Ultimately you can have your day in court.

Your welcome. You question is ultimately a legal one ( I am NOT an attorney). Usually you are required to exhaust administrative remedies before you can file in the Federal Court of Claims. A good attorney can tell you if you now met that criteria. Best wishes.
