Exactly. lol. I am on the phone trying to reach them as we speak. I just hate that our packages keeps going through them if they are backlogged. I had hope once I had my findings signed and forwarded back up. Once they told me that it will go through the PEB again, I became irritated. Lol

When I finally got them it was on a Friday eastern time around 1, which was a time I knew they wouldn't answer but low and behold they answered. But I agree just keep calling they seem to answer only on downtime which seems to be rare these days good luck guys.

I've been calling the 202-685-2019 number Since Friday. They keep picking up and hanging up on me smh lol. Plus I believe that they just disconnected the line. Unsure on what else to do and who else to call.

UPDATE!

I finally got in touch with PEB with the *6422 number and they sent my paperwork to HQMC instead Navy side -_-. So now I have to wait for it to be resolved. The good thing is, the rep was very responsive and apologized about this issue. I just wish they picked up sooner, like last week or two so we could've prevented this!!
