On the topic of personal impact statements, how much weight do they hold when going through a board? And at which point do they get added. I wrote up a very descriptive and thorough statement noting issues that go along with each claim I intend to make.
Will this help getting a sufficient rating?

This condition causes severe lower back pain and radiates down both legs, resulting in intermittent numbness and weakness. The pain intensifies when I bend forward or sit for extended periods, severely limiting my mobility and ability to perform both in my personal and professional endeavors. This can range from meeting the needs of my 5 month old child, maintaining my home and meeting work obligations in a timely manner.”
