I received the findings from my FPEB as UNFIT. My attorney submitted a Petition for Relief (PFR) as I am trying to stay in. I was diagnosed with the condition I was found unfit for back in 2011 and have been in remission ever since, taking sea duty and going on short deployments. I currently have a little over 16 years in the Navy and would like to retire. I have been instructed to put together a request for Permanent Limdu. I was wondering if anyone had any guidance on the verbiage that I should use in my letter or a template to go by? Also, has anyone had any luck with getting their PFR approved? Thank you in advance.

I would think you have 9 years of contributions to the service, while in remission, to talk about. Possibly attach letter from supervision and or command.
