PS: Anyway the mantra in and around LA- Lower Alabama is simply "That is the way it has always been, and that is the way it will always be!" Not sure how "one" or "others" simply changes that "ATTITUDE/OUTLOOK" on the scale this "attitude/outlook" seems tp prevail "round-these here parts- and possibly other parts of the United States of America and it's numerous "territories!" Just something to ponder?????
Finally with 50,000 US Veterans of all conflicts since WWII in the US 1s Congressional District of Alabama, why is there in fact not a "facility" such as SHARE In Atlanta GA, etc... (see
http://pebforum.com/threads/new-res...-atlanta-georgia-super-hot.42897/#post-200685 -
"New Resource "SHARE Program/Shepherd Center" Atlanta Georgia- Super Hot") located this region say in Mobile or Baldwin Counties, etc..... when in fact this area has facilities such as at web-address:

"United States Sports Academy names 2014 athletes of the year" By
Thyrie Bland [email protected] and IAW numerous internet and other media sources the Fairhope-Daphne-Foley Metro Complex of Alabama is some of "richest" towns in Alabama?????? Once again, just something to possibly ponder for any veterans of any Combat Era in and around LA- or Lower Alabama??????
ALL: So folks can simply understand above comment's, simply aksed Vet I know, if could post redacted email to local City Mayor- and they, yet again, never supposedly received a response nor even read receipt......from anyone in City Staff/ Management.....???!!!!
Think this should add some "clarity"..... one would simply hope..perhaps....?????

["TO: 'Mayor Karin Wilson' <
[email protected]>
Honorable Mayor Karin Wilson- Mayor City of Fairhope Alabama- my name is_
(???DOJASU??)____, and like many citizen’s and residents of Fairhope, I voted for you, in hope’s change would be brought about for ALL citizens and residents of Fairhope Alabama.
It is with much regret, I am writing you to inform you of the following issues you and/or your staff may want to look into/ “investigate” (
I am not attaching photo’s as I believe it detracts from “folks” such as yourself perhaps in getting out and about and seeing- “examining” things for one’s self! However, have already sent photos to parties seemed very interested…)
-I have recently sent you photos of City of Fairhope employees utilizing “heavy” equipment at North End of _______Court without proper personal safety equipment, just out and about this morning seen same thing everywhere I went- grass cutter’s not wearing helmets, gloves and perhaps no safety foot wear, same at Fairhope Flower Clock, etc…. (I have sent countless photos of this to the City and your Office!) Sadly, if someone even get a “rose” thorn in their eye, as I have done in military training (luckily no damage), and loses their eye-sight, whom pays for this?????? Is an “investigation” done into whether or not they were properly supervised and wearing appropriate safety gear- before the City pays for “medical care/ possible medical retirement”????? (
Kind of like US Military “line-of-duty” investigation!?)
Furthermore, where these employees, with heavy machinery were working on the North End of ____Court, they have left large sink-holes (60’ish ______ neighbor had mark themselves????) again on both sides of a major drain and looks like, yet another improperly buried cable, that a Mediacom Management person walked the entire length of the other day- and seemed much “less” than impressed! Furthermore, oddly, every time the City of Fairhope, AL or Rivera Utilities or other entity does work end of _______ Court or in vicinity the ISP services go out not only for myself, but IAW Mediacom Tech’s other resident’s as well???? Is this acceptable in your opinion?????
-Right behind Thomas Hospital, and less than 300-meters from Fairhope Main Fire station, there was an electrical box blown open after the wind and rain storm we had just recently, and looked as if no-body had either noticed or reported it??? Correct me if I am wrong but did not Fairhope Alabama Fire Chief win Fire Chief of the year for Alabama recently????? No one in Fire station noticed this or if did report it??? And if reported how long take to fix????
Well- were I am going with this is I was down speaking with WAR Veteran_(???SOP??)___ , who man’s ??? part-time at ______ down by Fairhope Alabama Municipal Pier. Mr. Arthur Bosarge (see below) happened to pull up and speak with WAR Veteran. I simply asked him why signs on park entrance state, “Open Dusk To Dawn” and do not have specific times? Without, specific times, and correct me if I am wrong, but the local Law-Enforcement authorities could simply “randomly” issue tickets to a “resident/citizen” of Fairhope who is in said park a “little” to Twilight-ish….?????? Mr. Bosarge’s reply was “that is the way it is” and the way the State of Alabama does it….???? As I told ______, the only thing Mr. Bosarge left off was in fact “that is the way it has always been…!!!”
Now I have never met Mr. Bosarge, to my knowledge before today, and have no issue personally with him- what I take issue with is the “mentality-attitude” of “that Is the way it is, and that is the way it has always been….!” Well I guess with that type of attitude- it simply explains the above items I have addressed and simply much, much more sadly…….. kind of like paying countless thousands of dollars to repair wooden piers right before a hurricane, let them get destroyed very shortly after being built, then paying yet again to rebuild the same thing!!!! Why not do like Gulf State Pier and make the decking “removable” and remove it before storm and replace it after?????
So, I guess my question is- is this all acceptable to you and your staff????
Finally, was in Fairhope Public Library this morning and asked if had any Microfiche readers. They have two that are simply broken, and no funds to repair! Furthermore, when asked if going to have them “digitized” said waiting on funding to have “just” newspapers done….. The Library Staff recommended I check with the “genealogy” folks in Baldwin County over in Foley, Alabama…???? Is this acceptable to you and your staff, when right across street and around library you have fountains and statue’s that simply cost perhaps “millions” of US dollars….???? I asked, the British (stated from London, UK), curator of the Fairhope Museum of History, if had micro-fiche readers and stated no, as well…..!!! Oh, well I simply guess “art-work” is more valuable than access to “history” in Fairhope, Alabama perhaps, but not “genealogy???””””
Thank, you Mayor Wilson for any response in advance from either you or your staff and hope this assist’s the City Fairhope Alabama, as well as it’s resident’s and citizen’s……..
PS: Out of curiosity I used to “???(PLAY ROOK)???” with folks from town of Barnwell, which I believe was “annexed” by City of Fairhope… They used to complain that they paid “taxes in Fairhope, but simply could not vote in the City of Fairhope! Is this correct, as does not sound correct to me????? Kind of like “no taxation without representation” which I cannot believe would be occurring anywhere in the United States in the Year 2018… but sadly these folks have told me very little I have found that is in fact not correct! Perhaps you or your staff could clarify this issue for myself and others????

Hopefully, this clarifies "comment's" a little better, perhaps????????
Also, hopefully quite a few veterans will respond to the questions asked in above thread- about what is being done- new/modern- at their local US DVA Facilities in both the United States and its numerous "territories," especially in regard "Pain Management" and US DVA "modern" efforts to help combat the "tragic" US "OPOID EPIDEMIC"????
That in fact may also potentially impact on - "Saunders v United States 2018-04-12" - http://pebforum.com/threads/saunders-v-united-states.43987/ this web-sites founder has commented on?????
