PTSD rating and claim question

Hello Fellow brothers and sisters. I seperated from the navy in 2012. I filed a claim for ptsd in 2017. It was denied. I just had a C & P exam and she determined that i do in fact have PTSD. Should i file a supplemental claim? Should i get a VA representative? I have been getting 10% for my back since 2018. I am currently trying to increase that rating. They added major depression and plantar fascitis on there as well. My claim has been in since may 2021. What steps should i take or just wait it out?
 
Hi, I filed a claim for PTSD Sept 2021 and no answer, I am waiting and wondering what to do, it is taking longer than the timeline VA has posted.

Yea i filed mine in may 2021. Just did my c and p exam last month. They prolly waiting for veterans to just end thier life so they dont have to pay em.
