I went to VA with a in 2008 about PTSD and was never treats or diagnosed. I had a car wreck in 2016 while on duty. Someone hit me on the interstate and now I have been found unfit from the initial PEB. Sending my results to VA for rating. Since I went back in 2008, and now they are claiming my PTSD is combat related , I received v1,v3,v4 on initial PEB, will they back date my PTSD rating to 2008 and will I get back pay when I am medically retired?
