Pushed to the end of the line

I am an AD E-6 currently stationed on a TRADOC post, I have been waiting since December for my MEB to start and was told yesterday that all the trainees needing to be seen by the MEB doctor would be seen first and I would have to wait until the end of April for my first visit and for the process to "officially" begin. How can this be done when the reg says the MEB must start within 90 days of the P3 profile being issued?

The regs are not always followed are far as the timelines. My P3 was written in Oct 2009 and my MEB finally officially got started Nov 28, 2010. Had my VA appointments in Jan 2011 and am still waiting on the NARSUM which I was told will not be until the end of April or in May sometime. You should feel lucky.

After reading many posts on this forum I understand that timelines are arbitrary and regs are not always followed...My main issue with my situation is that I was told flat out that the trainees would be seen before me or any other permanent party person.
