Good Afternoon everyone. I had my final head to toe exam on September 24,2020. Unfortunately it has not been sent to va yet. I just got off the phone with QTC and they said when it went through quality assurance they found an issue but the provider could not be reached. So they started an imo. I don't know if this is good or bad. They told me there is no timeline on when this will be completed so now I'm freaking out. Has anyone been through this.
 
Mine took about 5 weeks to go from QTC to VA. I'd recommend calling once every week or so just to make sure they are staying on top of it. Easy to fall off the radar during this process.
 
Quality control happens with every QTC contracted C&P exam. But QTC has a vested interest in closing the loop because they get paid when the file goes to the VA and is accepted ats complete.
