QTC Lumbar Spine exam

I go in for my exams and x-rays on friday. Any advice other than tell them the truth and how much it hurts? I know some place I seen a rating scale on how much you get for each ROM, but I cant seem to find it. L5-S1 ankylosing spondylitis is my referred condition with lumbar radiculopathy.
