Random RETSPCL in navy fed account?

I was recently medically retired from the military in Nov. my va pay hasn't kicked in yet and disability percentage hasn't showed up yet on the VA App.. BUT last week I got money sent to my Navy fed account from " DFAS-CLEVELAND RETSPCL " I was wondering if anyone knows what this is? I'm kinda nervous to touch it. I chose when I separated to only take VA payments due to not being able to double dip. Does anyone know what this may be?

This is the retirement pay kicking in to cover the period you did not get VA pay. It is legit and yours. Moving forward you will only receive your VA pay if it covers your entire pension amount.
