Hi!
Please help me

My last C & P EXAM was in July. I raised my left shoulder by 30 degrees and received 20% DOD rate.
The abduction angle of the left shoulder is 30% DOD up to 25 degrees.
I have been trying to increase my disability by 30% because my shoulders are getting worse.
So, I did a Re-Exam at two other hospitals and received abduction 20 and 25 degrees.
I try to increase disability by submitting this result to va.

1. I heard that this is possible, is it really possible?
2. When evaluating shoulders, does it give disability only by abduction?

Please reply me.

Thanks

If it has been less than a year since your benefits were awarded, you will need to file an appeal of your entire claim in order to increase your rating

So your shoulders have gotten worse in the last 4 or 5 months?

I am still processing meb.
I am at the last MEB stage and have not yet signed DA Form 199.
I did the c & p exam in July.
My shoulders were worse than when I did c & p EXAM, and C & P EXAM Doctor did not use a goniometer when I was examining.
I got 20% Dod disability at 30 degrees during c & p Exam.
0-25 : 30%
25-90 : 20%

I measured again to raise my shoulder rate.
I measured my shoulder abduction at three different hospitals and the results were 0, 20, and 25 degrees.

Can I raise my DOD rate if I submit the result?

Thanks

If you disagree with the findings then do an appeal. That's why the process is there. I would caution that there is no guarantee what the outcome might be
