I got medically retired and I am still waiting on my VA claim to finish to start receiving my 60% VA compensation but I just noticed that DFAS put a retirement paycheck into my account even though my VA comp should completely cover it. Is there something I need to do to fix this. I also See They have the wrong rank and completely wrong address in Mypay. they dont even have the right state. Its a state I have never lived in either.

You may want to call them and get things cleared up. You may receive one retirement paycheck because the VA C&P does not begin until the first of the following month after you are retired.

Have you given the VA your DD-214?

I have not. It says preparation for decision but doesn't request any documents. Where should I submit my DD214? I also read they need my account information for depositing the funds into my account. Where do I submit that information?

Ebenefits. On-site at the VA you can set up a premium account if, of course, you do not already have a P account.
