Request condition to be added to narsum addendum

So I recently received my NARSUM addendum which had two unfitting conditions, however, chronic back pain with radiculopathy should have also been added due to the deployment and job restrictions. I’ve been on a profile for this for 400 days, and truly believe that it should also be found to be unfit, which I am familiar with the MSD and it clearly states unfitting. The DBQ from the VA also mentioned its functional impact.

My peblo sent me the NARSUM addendum, but says that the 618 is still being generated. I sent my PCM a message in Genesis portal requesting the back pain with bilateral Radiculopathy to be added on the addendum. I even quoted the MSD that states it is unfitting. Have been seen for this by a specialist for over a year.

Do you think I will have any chance of success with this? Or will my PCM more than likely ignore the message and continue with her day?

Update: Mental health just finished their NARSUM addendum for me. Wondering if my PCM updated it and got ahold of the MH team to do their part… let’s see

So were you able to add the conidtions. Were those conditions outside your profile condition.

Yup, asked my provider via MHS Genesis to add the condition to the new narsum, and quoted the unfitting condition from med standards directory. Got 3 conditions total rated.

Thank you so much. I think my PEBLO is trying to hose me over. PEBLO keeps saying on rated for P3 referred conditions.

Howdy, I'm still waiting for NARSUM but in the time i've been waiting I sustained an injury that itself could be "unfit for service", to get it added would I just wait till NARSUM comes out or would I try to get QTC exams for it as well?
