Sciatica rating

Can someone shed some light on this attachment? It was submitted on my DBQ from my Lumbar/Thoracic DBQ. I get lost in looking at ratings for nerves/radiculopathy. Does this mean 10? or 20?

Based on the VA ratings I would say 10%. If that pain affected your limbs functionality then it could be 20%. Hard to tell just from that one part of the DBQ.
