Hello everyone,

I have been out of the military for a year now. I got a permanent medical retirement after serving 6 years of active duty. I just have a quick question about the separation code on my dd214. It’s says my sep code is SEJ. I saw other codes like SFJ for permanent disability. What does my code mean? I googled and the code means Disability Permanent (Enhanced). I don’t know what that means by Enhanced? If somebody could explain it, would be great. I am 90% va rates and 40% rated by the Army.

It cost very little to apply for CRSC. Sounds like a reasonable thing to do.
