Spine ROM results

I would love anyone’s input in their interpretation of my ROM results. I have 14 years active duty so getting to the 30% for medical retirement is paramount for me and my boys. My back (Dosalgia) is my boardable consition. They have since added severe sleep apnea (although I continue to read that it’s not unfitting but my PEBLO officer said it’s a boardable condition and it’s since been added to my 618 to reflect both). He said the only thing that matters for DOD purposes is your 618 and anything on that will be what they decide for retirement/separation. He said since my RDI is above 15 then I will get medically retired. Yet I continue to see everyone say on here they don’t see it as such. Maybe my situation is different since I’m already getting a full MEB? Is the reason some people’s sleep apnea is found fitting because that’s the only condition they have and still have value to the Air Force? With that being said, my cervical Forward Flexion is 30 degrees but the total range of motion is over the limit for 20%. Is it either/or? Also, my Thoracolumbar Forward Flexion is 50 degrees which is good for 20% but again over that threshold when combined. And is it just Foward Flexion when it talks about Flexion in the chart because it doesn’t specify forward flexion. There are numerous Flexion measurements like lateral and forward. Any input is greatly appreciated. I will attach the regulation as well as my results.
