Hello I was in the national guard for 22 years I had a stoke in 2001

When my unit was deployeing they sent me to see if I was fit for duty 4 Times

In 2003 I was giving a medial and put out. could I get a Rating from the V.A

You can file a claim for VA compensation and it will be evaluated.

A veterans service officer (VSO) with a service organization can assist you with your claim. The VFW, American Legion, DAV, and others have that service. Many county governments have VSOs.
