Hey guys just a quick question. Has anyone out there either personally or have heard of anyone getting there ratings lowered if they are 100% p&t? I guess specifically for TBI? I have been fighting for 5 years to get switched over to permanent and I finally received it. Went thru a reevaluation after 3 years and was scheduled for another one in 2023 but I appealed and had my psychologist and neurologist write me letters on my behalf which finally made them realize that after 15 years of suffering from it that I wasn't ever going to recover. Such a huge relief when I opened my decision letter to see that I now qualified for the dependents educational assistance program, which was my only clue that I was now permanent and total. That is until I could print off my benefits letter that stated I was and that no more rexaminations are scheduled. So can I really actually take a huge sigh of relief and knowing that I will never have my rating lowered? I understand the whole jail thing or fraud thing but neither does or will ever apply to me. Just curious for my own piece of mind.
