How do I go about getting secondary conditions added to my primary unfitting condition? In this case I have medical documentation of problems that are related to my primary condition but I still need someone to link the conditions directly and have them added to my narsum. I guess partly what I need is some legal help and a medical opinion stating the relationship between things. Any advice on how to go about this?

You have a choice, you can fill another claim with the VA or fill a fully developed claim with the VA.
I would go this route if it wasn't because I'm already 100% P&T with VA, I'm just trying to strengthen my case for DoD PDRL. In the letter I got from Physical Disability Agency, it mentioned that I could add secondary conditions that were caused by the primary unfitting condition or by the treatment to it. I'm not really sure where to begin with that, either way I appreciate your input, and thank you for taking the time to answer!
