MEB Initiated by provider: 24 May 21 - 7 June 21

Met with Peblo (Kinda 7 June) waiting on commander impact statement and approval from AFPC.

June 10: APFC assigned code

JUNE 11: met with PEBLO privately for first time.

June 15: signed paperwork for MEB day 1 started.

June 23: sent VA claim paper to VA & was briefed.

June 24: Called to schedule first few appointments.

June 28: Called again to schedule remaining appts.

1 July: First VA appointment

20 Jul 21 : Last VA appointment.

August 12: exams show as completed on QTC

19 Aug 21 exams released to Peblo

19 Aug Exams sent to VA

25 Aug Addedum completed and sent to Peblo.

16 Sep 21: IMR completed, concur. Waiting for IMR to be send to Peblo.

I was told 19 days for them to assign my ratings and after that they have a few days to notify me.

 

[Veteran dilemma]

I read some of people's expectations and can only think back as my peb was until this day, a nightmare. I dont want to be the sour apple on this forum, just want to let all of you know that I served from 1976 to 1993. I will only tell you what happened to me if you all concur. See the dates?

Its an amazingly sad story and I am fighting back till this date ever since. Glad to find this forum.

Yes, they did. I personally think of the whole process that portion is messed up. I found out from my first sgt my stuff. I think im at least entitled to learning life changing news prior to my commander.
