Hello! My VA claim was finally closed in EBenefits on 2/2 today and I still haven't received my VA documents in the mail. With that being said, I know you can call to have them faxed on the 10th day. Today just so happens to be the tenth day however, will they still fax them to me or do I need to wait until tomorrow to call and get them faxed (if so does anyone know the number to call?) Thank you for your time.

Hey! My claim was closed on the 2nd as well. USPS is also saying I won't receive my packet today. I personally plan on calling on Monday just in case, also because I've been told by more than a few VA reps via chat that I really need to be more patient haha. I planned on calling the generic VA number listed on the Historical Claims page, 1-800-827-1000. If you take a look at my thread I posted a bit ago "Recent Timelines and Ebenefits Weirdness" you can also see that 138Misfit posted his timeline in his signature and it shows he called the same number. So I'd go with that one.
