Just curious what the time line has been for those who did their C&P's through VES? I had three done, and only one has shown up on the TOL portal and it was for hearing on the 19th . It came through a day later. The other two were completed 14th and 20th last month. I talked to VES a week ago and they said it was in QA. I know the whole process is a marathon not a sprint, just looking to see how it compares to others.

The provider has 30 days to submit their DBQ results to VES, who then has 30 days to QA the forms. Their is no mechanism to hold the provider to their timeline.

I waited over three months for my DBQ to upload from my mental health exam with VES. I was told the same thing, its in QA. One day it just randomly appeared. I am still waiting on my last C&P to be scheduled, and my scheduling started at the end of April.
Check Tricare Online every day once in the morning and afternoon when you leave work for the day.
QTC told me for two weeks that mine was in QA, which led me to dig a little deeper with them to find out they were missing my radiology results. Took it upon myself to get ahold of them to send it to QTC and my stuff was uploaded the day after... If you want something done then make sure you see it through yourself!
