When are you notified of removal from TDRL?

I was placed on TDRL on March 10, 2015 and my upcoming 5 year expiration mark is coming up next year March 2020, about 8-9 months left. The Air Force has only scheduled me for one TDRL Exam which I made sure to attend and it took place on January 2018. A month later, I received the letter of findings that I was retained on TDRL in February 2018.

I haven't heard from the Air Force since then. Never changed addresses nor any contact information. I've complied with everything that has been asked of me since leaving Active Duty nearly 5 years ago. I'm worried now that I somehow slipped through the cracks. Something doesn't feel right about my situation.

A few questions I have about this situation.

Is it possible to have already been removed from TDRL without my knowledge and consent?

Was I supposed to be notified if the Air Force decided to terminate me from TDRL? If so, how should the notification have been sent to me?

Is there any contact information to get answers about my TDRL case?

If I have been removed, where do I go from here about getting back on TDRL and getting an appointment scheduled?

EDIT: This attachment is what DMDC MilConnect Site Shows as of today, just very confused by it all and worried it's going to expire and fall off if I can't get a hold of someone with Air Force TDRL.

Look up Air Force wounded warriors(AFW2), there should be contact info and point you in the right direction.

Unless your rating has dropped below 30% there should not be any termination and they should absolutely have contacted you and given you a letter to concur or non-concur with whatever recommendations they decided(which it sounds like they did). It looks like you still have to wait another year, unless they decided to put you on PDRL.

Thank you for help and reply @brohammer

I attempted to contact HQ AFPC, could only get a hold of a TFSC representative. Every direct call transferred to the TDRL office would never get answered, same for emails to the TDRL box. Supposedly, the TFSC representative said a letter was sent on May 8th. No letter was ever sent to me. As I said earlier, never changed any of my contact information since my DOS. For something so important and time sensitive, the Air Force needs to do better like sending their letters certified mail requesting a delivery signature upon the receipt but that would be took much effort and make too much sense. The TDRL Office never sent a letter in the first place. How am I supposed to guess and read their minds about a re-evaluation if I am never contacted.

Previously, I was scheduled through email with all contact via email. Received a message on my email with a MyPers TDRL Case Incident number with 3 scanned documents to send back, Department of the Air Force TDRL Statement Letter, Department of the Air Force TDRL Re-Evaluation Election Form & Direct Deposit Enrollment Form (FMS 2231). Did not receive any of this. When I log into MyPers where the incident case numbers are logged for previous cases, there is nothing there from May 8th - present indicating that I was never contacted. As a former Personnel Specialist, I know how lazy those people can be and don't want to work. I was a workaholic because I care about my work which helped contribute with the other issues that drove me to have mental health issues that got me MEB'd out to begin with. About 1 out of 5 in a duty section took their job seriously. Once they know one person does all the work, they'll pile it on them. My commander even admitted to me in the hospital we tend to abuse the ones we know will work a few months before getting fired.

I really don't know what to do now. It's probably going to be their word against mine and get screwed by the Air Force again. I've contacted the AFW2 waiting for a response back and my local congressional representative by email hoping for a response. This is my retirement, benefits on the line. I feel I should have already been placed on PDRL with conditions that would PDQ from military service in the first place. However the letter with my findings on my AF Form 1180 in February 2018 said I had no options to appeal with me being 100% on TDRL. You can see in the attachments where I have no incident logs from TDRL and where I couldn't appeal to get permanent status earlier. It would be nice if someone could do their job right for once, answer phones & emails. People doing their job and minimal effort is too much to ask these days. The Air Force should at least own up and have the common decency to contact me if I am getting terminated. Sounds like a case of covering their own and looking out for themselves again.

Where can I go from here?
