T Turtlemomplusthree PEB Forum Regular Member Registered Member Oct 18, 2020 #3 Update, I received by successful appeal results and corrected 199 on 2 October - V3/4 Code - knee injury on obstacle course. I signed my 20% DoD / 100% P&T VA 199, and I should be on my way out soon.
