I just had a quick question. A little back story first to help understand it better. I am being med board from the Marine Corps and I had my C&P exam in mid March. Everything was moving smoothly up until this point. I had 3 different C&P exams with the last one being Completed on March 22.
My PEBLO said it should only take a couple weeks to get the results back and it has far exceeded that. I understand every case is different and timelines are often very different. So I wasn't too worried when this came and went. 3 weeks came and nothing. So I contact QTC 800 number and the lady tells me it is in the QA step. But all exams have been received from the providers. So I wait. Week 4. I start to get alittle anxious. Wondering what's going on. I contact the PEBLO and she said it's normal they should be back any day. I don't believe it so I shoot out an email to the VA. She tells me that they should be back any day. They have a 45 day window by contract to get them back.
So I contact QTC again. And this time I am was told that they haven't received my gen med exam back from the provider?!
So my question is, is it out of line so to say to contact the provider directly and find out what's going on? Or if they need anything else from me? I just want these results back so my NARSUM can be written up and move forward. I am only 4 months out from EAS and am already looking at Med hold to finish this process due to this delay.
