Don't get me wrong my PEBLO here is awesome. The PEBLO that will contact me is not here though they are up at Jacksonville Naval Hospital. Every week its been the same answer and no one willing to go out of their way to help you.
I am down here in Florida.
My husband's case and claim went historical on June 2, 2016. PEBLO refuses to give us any heads up on what she has in her system as far as preliminary ratings. She claimed last week we would hear then or sometime this week.
How long before we should pull a DAV representative to get some answers? The case should have been back by now!

Mine went historical May 27th so we are around the same timeline.
I wish I knew the big conspiracy around telling us our ratings. I am just trying to plan my budget with my soon to be unemployment. Glad that I have so much help from these people working my case (sarcasm)
Mine is at Lejeune, I actually believe half the time he screens his calls ha ha it is really hard to get in touch with him and he will not return calls you just have to keep trying him. I am at Day 72 since my package was sent back from VA. I believe once you hit that 60 day mark is when they become more helpful, that has been the case for me anyways. Up until that time I received no help the standard message of it could be any day now.
I'm at day 42 since the PEB got my case from VA I moved my family because we figured it would be short I should've known

I'm just trying to wrap my head around what's taking so long for everybody. A little bit about my case is that I claimed seven issues with one referred. The PEB made my unfit determination pretty quick. Same as the VA if you look at my timeline compared to others. I don't understand how hard it is to put a percentage next next to my referred condition when all they have to do is copy the percentage from the VA ratings. It doesn't make sense
Yes it makes no sense why it takes 52 days (for my case) to write up a rationale, sign off on it etc. And that NO ONE is willing to help or give you any answers.
What's the max time that they have to put ratings on after they received the va ratings?
There really isnt a set time frame that they have to abide by. Sure there is the "IDES timeline" but that doesnt mean anything to GS employees let's be honest.

There is this which doesn't matter to anyone. I have yet to find anything in black and white that says they have XX amount of days to get things done.

I had to laugh when I saw that because this definitely doesn't apply to any of us o well will keep standing by to stand by
The publication they go off of 1850.4E or whatever it is says that the peb states "final reviewing authority of preliminary findings should normally should be no more than 40 days" but then there is another area that says unless under certain circumstances or something to that nature ... Therefore they always use that excuse saying system is down or they are backed up ... The order needs to be rewritten to make them do their dam job
