I have been told I must have a permanent profile IOT for the DoD to consider/rate my condition. I have also been told that they will look at the medical records I have accumulated over the last 11 years and determine my DoD rating based off of that? What is the truth. I know the regulation says all documented conditions will be considered. Why the disagreement? Thanks.

Reserve soldiers must have a LOD for each condition that is unfitting per their respective branch of service. All medical conditions must be considered for fitness therefore the PEB will review your entire electronic medical record. If you have paper records that they may not be privy too, you should submit to your PEBLO
