need help should I push for MEB

I posted in the blog section under dc1c with ref: to my position. I've been sent to a state level board who has found me unfit for duty and will separate me 22 Feb 10 under a medical separation unless I ask to be sent to a MEB. I have about 13 and a half years combined AD and NG army. Coditions severe obstructive sleep apnea, asthma, pulmonary hypertension and anxiety. What to do?? Just leave or ask to finish my service???
Any help would be great,

You should always opt for a MEB for medical problems.
