I have a disability that was recently service connected at zero percent on ebenefits but the claim is still open but now says claim type increase. has anyone else have this happen? i guess my question is that: is there still a chance to have a higher than zero rating?

SMC-K is rated at zero, but the benefit is around $110.00
I spent 12 years or so on another veterans board and I cannot remember all the confusing cases that resulted from eBenefits info.
The standard comment was: "Wait until you receive notification in the mail."
I use eBenefits for only submitting claims and changing my financial institution info when needed. Others like it better than cold beer.

Perhaps an error was found.
If you have a VSO, he/she might be able to determine what is going on.
