IDES Timeline

Has anyone had the VA call them?? They said they were trying to finish the paperwork to get my proposed ratings, but had a question. Asked about my referred condition and said that is what they’re putting me out for…. Hopefully this means somethings gonna move quick. This was also 1630!!

The VA called me after all of my appointments. It was like a hour long conversation. That was back in June lol. My VA rep is also the only one who returns any of my calls.

Got an update from my lawyer today, was found unfit as of 2 days ago. No timeline on when I will officially receive findings but that may be as good of a Christmas present as I can get. The end is near, who would’ve thunk!

congratulations, brother. Thank you for sharing, your timeline at least for PEB is near identical to mine so you've given me more hope than I've had in a minute.

Contact the VA and see if someone can email you your summary or narrative letter is always an option.
You are looking for some one to give you the wrong answer so you may have to call a few times.

Would I be able to do this even though my case has been stuck at evidence gathering, review ,and decision since frkinn July

No, it’s got to show that one as closed then another case will open up and will stay open until you upload your DD 214
 
Hey guys skimming through I know my package was sent Sept 7th, how are you guys knowing when it is accepted or at the MO. Thanks!

Weird. Never expected a call and then telling me they’re trying to finish the paperwork to get my proposed rating. Hopefully this means my stuff will be finished

A memo was leaked back in October. Your PEBLO “should” know, but they’ll tell you they don’t.

It depends. Plenty of people have their proposed ratings but not their findings. I still don’t have my proposed ratings and my QTC appointments were done in June.

I take that back. I just saw you’ve been hanging by a thread for longer than me. Fingers crossed you’re at the end!
 
Anyone know what this means? I already had one case closed back in like august and got my preliminary findings.

Alright so as seen above, I had those messages on my va.gov, I called my peblo and asked if he wouldnt mind checking real quick and he confirmed that i was found unfit and my proposed finding had not changed and i will have 100% VA and when my findings come in to sign in the next week or two i will be able to see what my dod is.

Case submitted May 6, Accepted July 2nd and found unfit DEC 7th.
 
Talked to my Peblo today and she told me I should get my stuff back by February. Mine was submitted August 10th. Also it is taking so long because I have so much in my record. She also was getting back June.

Mine was submitted the exact same day.
(didn't get accepted until oct 13 though) Do you know when yours got accepted?
