IDES Timeline

It means that it is headed to your peblo soon from my understanding of it. I know that when they are finishing they are putting groups together for the peblos. For example, a person that is closed out with his PEB is waiting for the PEBLO to get it at my command and my stuff will be done by the 18th and they will be sent around the same time. At least that is what I'm understanding of it.

USMC. Just received my finding!! UNFIT! I knew that would be the outcome, but actually seeing it on paper is such a relief. Will sign papers tomorrow after speaking with the lawyer that was appointed to me. 10% DOD, proposed 80% VA. After 3 knee surgeries, I started the Med board process in March/April 2021 timeframe. Package was sent Aug 20, PEB accepted Oct 14. Received findings today Feb 09 2022

Are you fighting 10%?

Are you fighting 10%?
No because DOD only rates your referred condition. And my Doc wouldn’t submit both my knees on my med board, he only submitted the worst one. I knew it’d be that way (10%). Lost that battle a long time ago to a Doc that was PCSing and didn’t care.

June/ July case are going crazy rn
its hard not to be bitter. their case went up a month after mine. im still waiting. im happy for them but its just so disheartening.

Same here. Glad they can move on but sucks to still be waiting when you’ve been waiting longer. So much for first-come-first -served.

I’m deadass considering just waiving this whole damn process to get out March 10. I don’t care about losing Tricare or some benefits at this point. When you’ve been waiting seven months almost and it hasn’t moved an inch from the MO desk I’ve given up all hope, bro.

This is unreal. Happy for you though. I guess June and July will just wait until the entire backlog is cleaned up! Lets strap in until 2023! 169 Days with the MO as of today with no end in sight. Love to see it.

Is your PeB accepted date the date with the MO, if so this gives me hope…somewhat…

PEBLO just told me my case has moved to the third MO's desk. Anyone got a time estimate for this part? Is the third officer also the Presiding officer?

Job interview today in an hour and a half. Here's to hoping, but very nervous as I've never interviewed before.
