What’s your condition?

Neck and low back protruding discs with all sorts of pain and tingles and other weird feelings through my arms and legs plus shoulder impingement
Congrats and it seems that mental health conditions are going to be lagging then. All the June/July’s are MH and August cases have been all physical

This is unreal. Happy for you though. I guess June and July will just wait until the entire backlog is cleaned up! Lets strap in until 2023! 169 Days with the MO as of today with no end in sight. Love to see it.
Are you a MH case if you don’t mind me asking because 169 days with the MO is like the longest I’ve seen. That is terrible. I’m so sorry smh

Nope, one single condition! Chronic Exertional Compartment Syndrome in my legs!

anyone not claiming mh with the va so they don’t lose their chance at a government agency job or security clearance’s

My PEBLO just let me Know my package is post adjudication.

This basically means it’s past the MO and doing QA things right?

… and I Still don’t even have VA ratings.

Yes. Means they’re awaiting your VA ratings to be released from DRAS. When was your package sent to the PEB?

Ok that’s great news, this VA has been taking forever!

Submitted tO VA around the end of august.

And, you’re not gonna believe this, accepted by PEB at the end of October and at the MO mid November.

Edit:
Just checked Ebenefits and verified it is at pending decision approval so I’m hoping any day now!

Well guys…it’s finally over for me. Just got my finding s today!! I was a July case and was 10 months past my EAS. I can’t believe this is over. 30% DOD 90% VA. Retired saw like three people get their findings today at the office as well! Looks like they are moving finally
