I Couldn’t tell ya unfortunately. I haven’t received it yet but I’m certain that they go back to your CRSC effective date. They also take into account the cost of living during those years so you can probably get a rough estimate if you know your current award amount
I see that they mention deducting monthly premiums amounts, and perhaps I read over it, but I’m wondering if they take any past due payments out of a lump sum retroactive payment.
Does anyone here have any experience with the survivors benefit plan and past due premiums? I’m trying to figure out if they’re going to take the amount owed out of my retro payment for CRSC

Ok awesome. My question was worded the best, my apologies. What date year should I use to begin my computation 2016 (tdrl and retired from army ) or 2019 when army increased during PED rating from 50 to 70% ?
