Yeah same, mine was sent to the board 14 April but wasn’t “with the med officer” until 22 May. So not sure if it goes by that date for first in first out. This entire thing is a shit show

I tried to submit a memo to expedite but they wouldn't accept it. They said they are only expediting cases for anyone with a fatal medical condition (which they obviously deserve).
Not necessarily. Everyone going through the PEB gets a proposed rating from the VA. If you are found unfit by the PEB they send your case to the VA and you will get your official rating, if you are found fit then the VA just tables it. I think the proposed rating is good for 1 year.
