That's what I'm guessing. Weird thing is that my 199 was signed on the 6th by the PEB, yet my PEBLO didn't get it until this morning. That's why the timelines are loose, they may complete it on time, but they take their sweet ass time getting it back to you. My VA ratings were done a while...

The VA ratings I received on the 27th were the ones recommended from the VA. My PEBLO presented me with the same form the VA sent me, as well as my 199, that way I know what both my VA and DoD ratings are. I'm personally happy, because I wanted the retirement, and I'm getting it.

Congrats to you as well. It sounds like you were just being super proactive, so good on you. I'm doing the same thing now, I have my memo to turn in CIF early, so that will happen next week some time. And it's not going to be long until I'm a free man.
