My PEBLO said I should try to take my 40% Spinal Stenosis as the unfitting condition. Tomorrow I’ll meet with my appoint lawyer from IDES. Plan to meet with a 2nd PEB lawyer on Thursday to see their point of view.
Damn, there’s hope to this end. I landed with 10% DoD / 90%VA, not sure what to do either elect they add another unfitting condition then VARR or VARR first. I have until 12JAN26 to respond, got my finding on 30DEC25. What recommendations you have to find the knowledge to make a decision?
My PEBLO is out of Jacksonville. Every two weeks I called him and that’s was the same thing he would essentially say. He always said he would call me if he ever heard anything back. So if it’s pretty normal from my experience.
Glad you were able to get rated at 80% for narcolepsy. Was it type I or II? I was only able to get 10%, the C & P examiner didn't feel like my sleep attacks counted as seizures so I took a big L on the DBQ.
