I do have a follow up on this. If they fix my heart with a mechanical heart valve and then I'm stuck on on anticoagulants for life, am I expecting a 0% rating or a 60% rating for anticoagulant therapy? And if 0% and the peb results come back to 30% prior to to surgery, can I deny the surgery so...

Alot happened. The contractors never sent my exams to the VA, my peblo never reached out to me for atleast a month into the IDES process, they never sent my co the nma. Now that the va finally has my stuff, I'm assuredly not going to have the stuff sent back to me for signing in a timely manner...
