I didn’t know I had an option. My PEBLO (if I remember correctly) told me early on my leave couldn't extend this process.

My CO (O6) requested I stay at the command through retirement in his NMA and in his endorsement letter attached to my personal statement.

My PEBLO has been really good with delaying as much as she can, so she is on my team. Meeting with JAG this week to go over all my documents and make sure we’re on the same page.
