Yup, you guys were right. Called the peblo yesterday, and spoke with a supervisor. My 199 was just sitting in someone's inbox, waiting for a signature. Should have it in hand by Tuesday next week.

I email the peblo every 2 weeks, and all i get is "its still in the decision phase" .. not sure if calling would help at this point..

I signed my narsum on 7/26. Still haven't heard anything from anyone. The VA site says "you have no claims filed" .. last I spoke with peblo she said expect to receive 199 in 6-8 weeks. I just passed the 5 weeks mark. Based on your timeline, I'm 3 weeks behind you in the process and should...

How does someone expedite their claims/199 process?

Nope! I'm in the same boat as you. Signed my narsum 25 July. still waiting to hear anything back. peblo stated it could take 6-8 weeks before hearing anything.
