Just wanted to reply because I don't think this is completely accurate. I'm pretty sure the PTDY is not required for them to give you. In my case mine actually got denied.

Figured this could help a few people around my timeline. I got a call from my Peblo today saying my 199 is on its way and I should be signing this afternoon. Was told my Army and VA ratings over the phone.

Yeah won't work for me either unfortunately. I'm flagged for ht/wt and my BN Commander signing it would count as a favorable action I'm pretty sure. Sucks, guess I will continue to wait.
