Dec 09 - MNA says PEB accepted, completed additional C&P exam for claim (presumably to correct issue with DBQ, though the examiner wasn't certain why it got kicked back)
Dec 15 - VA case closed
Dec 22 - MNCC Service Request for pending PDRL, TDRL, or SEPSEV decision
Jan 22 - Received fitness decision, proposed VA rating and DOD rating. Completed election of options.
