You’re completely correct, I read the proposed VA rating papers they sent me again and you’re 100% right.

Yeah I think he is maybe talking about the VA giving a fit/unfit rating. The PEB gives a completely separate assessment.

Another week down, 142 days for me! Dang, I’m honestly impressed at this point, a few people must have really made some poor decisions for it to get this bad. BRAVOOO
