Got and signed my findings today. DOD 10% and VA 70%

On October 29 my va claims were closed and sent to me so I could review them

My unit is actually making sense for once. I’m in RBE while the rest of my unit is at ITX and they told everyone this morning that they’re going to keep everyone who isn’t making it to deployment in RBE

I’m a July as well. Mine was sent up on July 28

Yup it was a month

Checked on my MOL and on October 22 my case was accepted by the PEB.

My med board lawyer said that the PEB could take up to 6-7 months now but some cases have been finished in 4 months.

Hopefully with two more people itll speed things up a bit

Signed all the documents that will go to the MEB then to the PEB. My PEBLO told me that the PEB is taking long than usual, does anyone know why and how long its taking now?

Finally got my NMA back only took a month for it to come back to me. Now I just have to sign everything and get it sent up to the MEB. How long does it take in the MEB?

After this four day weekend if he doesn’t have it he’s going to email him back and cc the SgtMaj, CO, MO, and 1stSgt.

My command still hasn’t done my NMA I’ve been waiting on that for about three weeks
